Episode 5: Anthony Hernandez

Oppressively constant; incessant.  According to a Google search, that’s how Anthony Hernandez defines himself: relentless.

It shows in his process where he usually paints multiple artworks simultaneously and even more often works deep into the night.  And it definitely shows in his attitude.

Listen to the podcast to find out where his relentlessness comes from.  Is his drive to create and to express a manifestation of what he held in his heart for 18 years when he had a more important priority in his life, his children.  Or is it his wife, who motivates him everyday, especially when he gets moody and reminds him of why he creates art in the first place.

I’m sure it’s a mixture of both, and the Hernandez’ love for art has carried on to their children.
